we believe exceptional psychiatric care starts with understanding the whole person
—not just the diagnosis.
At Lonestar Advanced Practice Psychiatry & Wellness,
We provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adults through comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, personalized medication management, and addiction medicine.
Lonestar proudly serves adults ages 18 and older from all backgrounds, cultures, religions, identities, and walks of life, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. Our goal is to create a welcoming, respectful environment where every patient feels heard, supported, and empowered on their journey toward lasting mental wellness.
Better days begin here.
David G. Jones, DMSc, PA-C provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults with a focus on helping patients regain stability, improve daily functioning, and enhance overall quality of life.
He has extensive experience in addiction medicine, chronic pain management, medical cannabis evaluations and recommendations for approved Utah qualifying conditions, and the treatment of behavioral health conditions that often accompany chronic medical illness, allowing him to approach care through both psychiatric and whole-person perspectives.
David practices in collaboration with Dr. Michael Measom, a psychiatrist with more than 30 years of experience in psychiatry and addiction medicine, ensuring patients benefit from a collaborative, team-based approach to care.
